Tell us what went wrong, or right.

A card it read as the wrong card. A number that is nowhere near what those actually sell for. A button that did nothing. Or the one that worked.

Wrong reads are the most useful thing you can send. Say which card it was and what it came back as, and that read gets looked at by hand.
