Sources, then plus, then Browser. Size it to the corner you want the panel to sit in.

Paste the overlay URL
The address is on your account page. Drop it in the URL field and leave the rest alone.

Hold a card up
Keep the scanner open in another tab: that is what feeds the panel. Chat sees the number while the card is still in your hand.
